Can I have separate terms and conditions for Sale Invoice and Service Invoice?

Yes, but first you have to add terms and conditions for that.

Go to Setup > Configuration > Service Bill Print Setting (for sale Invoice Go to Sale Bill Print Setting).Add “Terms and Conditions” whichever you want.
